I just got word on this. While working to complete the Run to End Hunger, in the rain with a flash flood warning no less, AR-03 candidate Ken Aden happened to be at the right place at the right time when a woman’s car apparently flipped into a ditch. Ken was among several people working to help, and even crawled into the car, cutting himself on glass in the process, to get the lady out:
Communist. Just what we need– more enabling of those lazy, greedy people who expect government to hand everything to them on a platter. That woman should have been more self-sufficient. She has no skin in the game.
He probably didn’t even yell at her.
I hope the above was intended as irony, or something … otherwise, I hope Mr. Franks never has a car wreck and isn’t ‘self-sufficient’ to extricate himself from the wreckage. Because that really WOULD be ironic …
