Kinda sad that even Bill Clinton can’t draw an Arkansas crowd out to see Blanche Lincoln, ain’t it? Also, the messaging got distracted a bit by the refusal to let reporters near Clinton and the whole Sestak non-controversy Republicans are manufacturing. Boy, Blanche Lincoln’s campaign sure is snake bit.
Another thing is that they are all wearing Lincoln for Senate stickers, suggesting that they were already voting for her. Also, why is there only one black person in the photo at this historically black college?
I don’t know where this pic was taken but the crowd was SRO…and there were plenty of people of color there, many on the stage behind Bill Clinton as he was speaking.
The stickers were handed out at the door. Most people accepted them, a few did not.
